Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-17

MyNextBHK ("we", "us") runs mynextbhk.com and mynextbhk.in. We have no accounts, sign-ups or lead forms, and we do not ask for your name, phone number or email address to use the site. This page explains the little that is collected when you visit, and by whom.

What we do not collect

  • The area, distance, budget and other filters you choose stay in your browser and in the page address. They are not sent to us.
  • The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is saved or sent anywhere.

Advertising and cookies

We show ads served by Google AdSense.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
  • If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be based on the page you are reading rather than your interests.
  • Google explains how it uses information from sites that show its ads at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads or advertising cookies are used.

Services that load when you visit

  • Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details such as the page, time and browser to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Map tiles. The map images come from OpenFreeMap, built on OpenStreetMap data. Your browser requests tiles directly from their servers, which see your IP address and the part of the map you view.
  • Map software. The map library is loaded from the jsDelivr content network, which also sees your IP address when the file is requested.
  • Project videos. Where a builder has published an official video on YouTube, we show a still image from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com), which receives your IP address. The video player itself loads only when you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google's privacy policy applies to what happens inside it.
  • Fonts and our own images are served from this site. We do not use social media buttons or third-party analytics trackers.

If you email us

If you write to [email protected], we use your email address and message only to reply and to fix any listing you tell us about. We delete correspondence we no longer need.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because we do not collect personal data outside of email, most requests will be about emails you have sent us. For data processed by Google, Cloudflare or OpenFreeMap, please also use their own privacy controls linked above.

Children

The site is meant for adults looking for a home and is not directed at children.
